Three brightly decorated bedrooms, two full baths.  The master bedroom has a king bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed.  The second guest bedroom has a sleigh bed and trundle.  Deluxe queen sleeper sofa in living room.   Deep-water canal with dockage for up to a fifty foot boat.  Fully equipped kitchen. Every room has satellite TVs and DVD players.  VHS/CD/stereo system.   Laundry room, two barbeque grills (charcoal and gas), enclosed screened porch, and wood deck overlooking canal.  Outdoor shower. Covered parking for three vehicles.  Less than one mile to Sombrero Beach.  Fifteen minutes by water to ocean or gulf.  No smoking. No pets.
