Dock your boat in this deep, free-flowing canal located in the VACA CUT area with quick and easy access to either the Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean!  World class fishing and diving are just minutes away on the only living coral reef in the United States.  This one bedroom, one bath single family home is just a few blocks from U.S. 1 and convenient to nearby marinas, restaurants, post office, parks and public beach.  The bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has queen pull out sofa and 37 inch HDTV.  The bathroom has shower only.  The 50 ft. dock has water and fish station. Grill your catch on the BBQ grill and relax on the patio.  Kitchen has microwave, cooking supplies, however, no dishwasher. Washer/dryer, bait freezer, air conditioning, two vehicles maximum.
