Second guest bedroom has king bed. Queen sofa in living room.  Open and spacious floor plan, two double sliding glass doors provide bright, tropical view.  Well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave.  Washer, dryer, central air conditioning, all linens provided. Dock has water/electric and fish station;  bait freezer in garage.  TV in living room and all bedrooms.  Wi-fi internet, DVD/CD, barbeque grill.  Cabana Club membership is included.  Off street parking with space available for 3 cars.  Trailer parking not allowed at house, however, parking is available on 8th Street with permit from City of KCB.
