Guest bedrooms share full hall bath upstairs.  Private carport, washer, dryer, DVD/CD stereo, internet access, 42-inch plasma TV, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops.  Private boat slip will accommodate up to a 30 foot boat and is just steps away from back porch.  Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean.  The dock has water, electric, ice machine, fish cleaning station, and equipment storage.
