Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

This home is a spacious, 1300 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath half duplex home in Key Colony Beach. The kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It is well-stocked with two coffee makers, blender, toaster, cookware, serving ware and abundant cabinet space for personal items. The dining room offers seating for 6.

The living space is bright and open. All three bedrooms are private (no walk-throughs). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and flat-screen TV. The 2 guest bedrooms feature one king bed and 1 queen; both rooms have flat-screen TVs and share a guest bathroom. The home has a large capacity washer and dryer, central heat and air and carport parking.

The outdoor living space offers a patio, hammock, and Tiki-bar. Boaters will be pleased to find lights, electricity, water, and a fish cleaning station at the brand new 37-foot-dock.

This East facing canal-front home allows beautiful morning sun and much needed late afternoon shade in the backyard. The home has easy, immediate access to the ocean and the Gulf through Vaca Cut - just minutes away from some of the world's best snorkeling, diving and fishing!
