Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.
It is a very nice home and location close to the beach. It rained the entire week we were there (and I do mean ENTIRE), but we made the best of it in this well-taken-care home. There was a sweet pool, that we, thank goodness, opted to have heated, so we spent a lot of time in that since we couldn't go to the beach. On the first day, the toilet in the shared bathroom wouldn't flush, and the handyman was there within half an hour to fix it! To boot, he was a super cool guy, so that always helps! Easy check-in, easy access. The staff was always available for questions and answered quickly. Thank you! Next time we hope to have sunny weather so we can spend less time at this marvelous home - ;)
