P46 - 2143 Yellowtail Drive

The home was almost perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 children) stay. We were able to cook a couple of meals with the stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. There were plenty of towels for showers and pool use. Our favorite feature was the outdoor patio, pool and canal. We did request and pay for the pool to be heated and it was a very comfortable 90 ish degrees or so. The patio is sunny until evening but there is plenty of shade under the tree near the lot line. We had manatee visit at least 3 times during the week which was a great experience! There is a kayak rental nearby which delivered to the home so we had kayaks over night to explore the canal and neighborhood. Marathon has a couple of nice beaches to explore and multiple restaurants and shops. The only disappointment was that for the quality of the home and cost of the rental the adult beds were not comfortable, especially the upstairs queen.

Great location for families. Has a nice heated pool and fully appointed kitchen. It’s located on a private inter-channel location and they had all the fishing gear for their guests which was lovely.

Great home and great canal access! Close to the best restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and the large dock for our boat.

We had a great week at this property. The space was perfect for us and our adult son. We used the pool every day and appreciated the beach towels and fishing poles. We had one issue with some cleaning but management was very responsive and handled to our satisfaction. We will be back and plan to take advantage of dock and get a boat for the week!

Good communication and accurate description

My girlfriend, daughter, son in law, granddaughter and her boyfriend stayed for a week. Very clean cool home with a great pool and was very private and pleasant. I told the property manager that I would be trying to book the home in the future. Stayed at many different places in marathon before but we all absolutely loved this home above all of the others.

We had a great week vacation! This house is great for the whole family. The location is great with easy access for boating and local restaurants. The house was very clean, fully equipped in the kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Our family had a great time and would definitely come back again.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Very well stock, pool was great. Would definitely stay here again. To top the vacation off we saw a manatee on our last day. Thank You for a great vacation!

The house was delightful and well equipped to prepare meals ! A very welcoming feel to the house and if renting I would suggest a bug spray for the no see ems that do appear when more humid and less windy. Like a mosquito bite but not really visible.

The house is exactly as described. It was well equipped. The pool area was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect for a boat dock and all things that go along with fishing.
