Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

This home was a perfect fit for our party of five. It checked most, if not all of our boxes that included: Own bedroom with bathroom. Large, comfortable gathering areas both inside and out. Parking on the premises. Pool. The house is expertly and tastefully decorated and incorporated an island feel. It was also spotless and located on a quiet street. All in all, a fantastic week at your beautiful Marathon home!

A group of 8 adults stayed here in November. It was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bath was wonderful. The house had most amenities we needed. We loved hanging out back by the pool relaxing. Perfect amount of sun and shade. An umbrella on the upper deck table would’ve been nice for the hot afternoons, but we just went downstairs by the pool (under the house) for the shade.
We were very happy with this vacation rental. The place was as pictured in VRBO was very clean, and nicely decorated . We all had our own king size bed, and bathroom, which made it very comfortable to stay with so many people. The pool was a home run and was heated perfectly we used it a lot! We had the perfect spot for our boat and enjoyed many days on the water, so much fun!
