With this homes premier location, guests are especially delighted by the 5 minute walk to the Old 7 Mile Bridge. Guests also enjoy the 2 minutes walk to Sunset Grill and Raw Bar and their oceanside pool. Situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean with Gulf access in minutes. This home boasts the most spectacular open water views Marathon has to offer!
*This home is on direct open water and does not provide protection for your boat if it's windy. Your boat will be subject to the elements being docked here. Lift not available for use.

Third party bookings are subject to increase rates and third party service fees.
Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Exactly how it looked in the pictures. Beautiful location and views! I had a blast fishing off the dock, where I caught Barracuda, Snapper, Jack, and one Tarpon. The AC worked great and the house was incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had all the things you need to make dinner at home. This home is centrally located equal distance from Key West and Islamorada! We had an absolute blast traveling up and down the keys for different experiences.

We highly recommend Seaside Serenity! The house was pristine, comfortable, well maintained, tastefully decorated, and the location was phenomenal. We enjoyed the spectacular open water views and saw different species of fish from the dock. We absolutely LOVE Seaside Serenity and appreciate the service provided by Leslie. Also, thanks to the owner for the thoughtful welcoming gifts!
