Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Five stars all around. The location was fantastic! 3 minute bike ride to Sombrero Beach, equal time to the market, etc. For us, the beautiful, private back yard was everything. Sparkling pool, gorgeous, thick foliage gives privacy, plenty of lounge chairs, and a huge private dock to enjoy early morning coffee & sunsets. Manatee mama & baby right at our dock! House was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were four adults and there was plenty of room. Leslie was a very responsive host and quickly remedied minor issue with the tv. We are already planning our return. This property has it all!

Thank you for a great vacation. Location is excellent on land and in water. Just a short drive in the boat to the Atlantic. House was great and property too. Loved staying in this house.

Perfect!This house is in a perfect location. Lots of room. The best part was the outdoor space. Pool and dock area were fabulous! Close to grocery stores and great restaurants. Only an hour drive to Key West. We’ll be back!

The house was located right off the main road of Marathon which made it super easy to access stores, restaurants and activities. The pool was delightful and relaxing under the tiki hut was perfect. It was an amazing Marathon experience!

We loved having the pool. It was a great option to going to the beach, which was just a walk from the front door. Kitchen was great to work in. Family settled in and everyone enjoyed their week. Would stay again.

Location was great. House was very clean and was exactly as listed. We definitely will be back. Our family really enjoyed it.
We had such a great time spending time with our family. Thought we would use the beach which was a 5 minute walk but we were content with hanging in the pool. Beautiful backyard. Loved it there!
