Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.
Our family had a relaxing time and would recommend this home without reservation to anyone in search of a home with a dock AND a pool. We had a great experience and are grateful for the memories we were able to make here. If you are in town to scuba dive, we recommend Better Than Most Scuba as well as the restaurant Castaways. We didn’t bring a fishing boat, simply kayaks and paddle boards and the jet ski dock made entry and exit easy. If you live to fish, this is a great spot and is equipped with a deep freezer (under the screened porch) and sink station at the dock. Definitely bring toiletries, laundry and hand soap, paper products, including toilet paper, if you have room to bring it from home. If not, a publix and winn Dixie are nearby to stock up so you can settle in to your vacation.
