Great house, backyard worked out wonderful with dock, pool & tiki hut. Iguanas were fun to feed - like lettuce and strawberries. Neighborhood was nice, never locked our door and felt safe. Dock worked out great for our 24' boat and was right at the channel to the Atlantic but very close to the gulf. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay! The home and private pool area were just what we were looking for to enjoy some relaxation. Everything was clean and in order and the home was very welcoming and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful. Communication was great and all instructions were clear. We would definitely book this home again!

Leslie is a fabulous host! She was quick to respond to messages and questions, made everything easy, and provided great advice.

House was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Equipped for everything we needed for cooking. Great location. Kids had a blast fishing on the canal.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Leslie's place. Marathon is an excellent location for exploring the Keys as it is equidistant between Key West and Key Largo. There are some beautiful state parks nearby with tons of things to do- kayaking, boating, biking, hanging at the beach. The house is lovely too-- the backyard is so charming as it fronts a canal. We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect size and the pool was wonderful. We would have loved to have access to the kayaks on the property too.

We loved this house! Of all the homes we've stayed in over the years, this was the best furnished and supplied house we've ever rented. (We especially loved having dinner out under the Tiki hut next to the pool!) The beds and couches were all very comfortable, and we had everything we could ever need - all of the standard amenities in a house, plus cooking supplies, fishing poles, kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, pool toys, etc. The list just went on and on, and we literally couldn't come up with anything else we could need. And the house was SPOTLESS, it's obviously well cared for. The location is also wonderful. Marathon Key offers easy access to all the Keys from Key West to Key Biscayne and everything in between. Additionally, this house is a couple of blocks off Highway 1, so you don't hear any traffic noise. Plus it's right near the end of the canal, perfect for launching kayaks or watching manatees. We will definitely rent this house again when we're in the Keys!

We came for a family Spring Break trip. Wanted a place on the water so we could rent a boat and the pool was an added bonus. We used it every day. The property was clean and well stocked. The area was quiet and close to everything in and around Marathon. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very comfortable home. Laying by the pool was the best! Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. We love to cook. Property manager was super nice and made everything run smoothly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

From the beginning of finding this listing and seeing it was available, to the end and ease of checkout, this vacation went off without a hitch! The property is exactly as advertised! The channel is great, and the saltwater pool is absolutely fantastic. Marathon is perfectly situated in the middle of the Keys to get where you need to go, be it Key West or Key Largo. The beds are super comfortable, plenty of room all around the property. Indoors and out, it’s pretty alright! The house has a great island theme, and all the cookware and table service you could possibly need. The washer and dryer on the property are super handy since you’re going to burn through towels with all the swimming and water fun! We really loved this property and look forward to renting it again on our next trip! The outdoor living area was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner under the tiki hut. Another fun perk for us were the 5 iguanas that shared the outdoor space with us! They were fun and very entertaining!

This was a Fantastic Property and we our stay was too short yet unforgettable!!! We cannot wait to go back!!!

Clean and comfortable. The house had easy access to open water and plenty of sea wall. Extra parking was great for the boat trailer and our tow behind. The ladies likes the house and the decorations.
