Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Clean, comfortable and has everything you need! You can have your boat feet from your door. Huge advantage over a stilt house. The location is absolutely ideal. Close to waterfront dining and close to ocean and bay. Key West is easily accessible for day trips as well. The check in/out is smooth. The company who manages this property is super friendly and helpful. Our friends rented the house next door during our stay...worked out perfect. We'll be back. Thanks Leslie and Abby! The water access for our boat was only 6 feet from the back door! Love that!!The rental process was very simple as well as the check out.

We chose this house because it is centrally located in the Keys and it had enough beds for our 3 kids, which is sometimes hard to find. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved the back patio on the canal! I do have to say that when we called management for a few things, their staff was very responsive and quick to respond. Overall a nice clean house that was comfortable and in a great location to explore the Keys!
Very nice property that overlooks the canal. About half way between Key Largo and Key West. House slept 6 nicely. I do think that it would be nice to have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and cooking items (tin foil and Pam or cooking oil)…hence the 4 stars. There is a grocery store down the road.
