Excellent location for boaters. Easy acres to Gulf and Atlantic.

Great location! Host was very responsive with answers! House was clean and comfortable. We were out most of the time so really only there to sleep. I would recommend it. Walking distance to breakfast, coffee, dinner, turtle hospital, etc.

It was just the right location and size for our needs. It would have been a little nicer if more cleaning supplies were available. But overall we loved our experience. The house was comfortable and we saw manatees in the canal!

The property worked perfectly for us. The residential canal dock provided easy access to Boot Key Harbor and out to other water. The property representative was very professional and nice to deal with. Check in and check out was easy.

Nice and clean, well furnished, close to grocery and places to eat. Sombrero beach is right up the street and very nice. Canal is nice, wish we would have had some fishing gear. Very nice place, I would stay here again.

The check in process was super easy! The home had everything we needed. There were toys for the kids which was awesome!! We saw a manatee in the back canal which was super exciting for the kiddos. The 2 additional rooms have trundle beds under the bunk beds for additional sleeping arrangements. This home really used the most of its space.

What a Great location to stay at! Short walk or bike ride to everything. Very clean great communication. Safe place to stay. Manatees every morning by the dock. Having a washer/dryer was a plus.

This was our first time in the Keys and we enjoyed our stay. This is a perfect place if you have a boat and enjoy fishing.

Better then expectations. Clean, convenient to everything, didn't get to use boat dock, but perfect if we did. Fish cleaning area, exterior shower, new gas grill & patio furniture. Beds were better then other comments said. Definitely recommend.

Very nice property that overlooks the canal. About half way between Key Largo and Key West. House slept 6 nicely. I do think that it would be nice to have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and cooking items (tin foil and Pam or cooking oil)…hence the 4 stars. There is a grocery store down the road.

Clean, comfortable and has everything you need! You can have your boat feet from your door. Huge advantage over a stilt house. The location is absolutely ideal. Close to waterfront dining and close to ocean and bay. Key West is easily accessible for day trips as well. The check in/out is smooth. The water access for our boat was only 6 feet from the back door! Love that!!The rental process was very simple as well as the check out.

We chose this house because it is centrally located in the Keys and it had enough beds for our 3 kids, which is sometimes hard to find. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved the back patio on the canal! I do have to say that when we called management for a few things, their staff was very responsive and quick to respond. Overall a nice clean house that was comfortable and in a great location to explore the Keys!

Leslie was very quick to respond which would be very helpful. The neighborhood is really quiet despite perhaps the somewhat intense noise of the neighbor's heat pump. Despite this, it was a great stay in this beautiful house, clean, well equipped and furnished, ideal for families. The pool (heated on request) was a big plus. Very nice view of the canal! We enjoyed the proximity to shops, restaurants and other family activities and the feeling of safety of the place. We'd go back.

We stay in Key Colony every year and this house was amazing. The very clear instructions, the location, and the house itself. We will definitely be back!

Two couples stayed here. The house was super clean, nicely decorated, and really had everything we needed to make this a great stay. We were right on Sadowski Causeway and close to the Cabana club. We were also close to KCB pickleball. The private pool was perfect as we paid to have it heated. We docked our boat in the back on the canal and stored our trailer in the trailer storage lot. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time in Key Colony. We brought our boat and the dock and fish filleting station was perfect. The was nice and had everything we needed. We'd love to go back.

Our stay was wonderful! Key Colony is a quiet and peaceful community. Our house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the first couple days. The sheets and towels were soft The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon again!

Nice house, nice location, pretty views, within walking distance to several restaurants. We didn’t venture far from the location, and that’s ok, we were content.

We were a group of six adults who spent a week in this absolutely beautiful home. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The management group was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool & watching the manatee and different birds make their way up and down the canal. The home is conveniently located to the Publix grocery store & many restaurants. There just are not enough words to describe how great our vacation was. Looking forward to returning!

Great Location!

We absolutely enjoyed this house. The best part was the heated pool and the water view. It was nice to have a fridge near the pool and the ice maker was great. Kayaking around the nearby canals was so much fun. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the oven/microwave worked well. One morning we baked cinnamon rolls. Clean home and about a 5 minute walk to sombrero beach and the park. Lots of room for the family. We recommend renting this house 100%!

House was beautiful and spotless. It felt like our own private resort. It was close to plenty of restaurants and fun things to do. It was just a shame that 5 out of 6 guests came down with the flu! We spent a few days in bed! But we made the best of it! We are definitely coming back to do the things we missed! Enjoy!

My family had an amazing time in Marathon. House was amazing in many ways! Beautiful interior/exterior. Dock, ice machine, and fish cleaning area are a big bonus.

Loved staying here! Wonderful location. Had all the outdoor kitchen amenities! Ice machine was amazing. The dock is great and we enjoyed renting paddle boards. The home is plenty big and great for families. I would definitely stay again. The only downside is the oven is not a standard oven. It’s a convection/microwave combo and is not very user friendly. We had a hard time cooking with it and getting even a frozen pizza to cook right. But if you’re not going to be baking anything the rest of the kitchen is fabulous. Hope to come back again.

We have stayed in Marathon many times. This location does not disappoint! Beautiful home, beautiful property, large pool!! We had some kayaks delivered to use and rented a boat, that was delivered to the dock. The kitchen is large and nice to cook in. The home was definitely large enough for all 10 of us. We had a great time!

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed — wide variety of cooking equipment and appliances. We cooked there almost every night. The combo stove/microwave took a little while to get used to, but we figured it out. The pool and water views were fantastic, and it was just a 10 minute walk to Sombrero Beach, which we really enjoyed. Took a kayak tour through the mangroves from the Beach. Location on Marathon was perfect — middle of the Keys, with easy access to the grocery store, restaurants, Bahia Honda State Park, and a 70 minute day-trip drive to Key West. Highly recommend this home.

Nice place to stay in Marathon!

Beautiful and well-furnished home! The pool area was fabulous as well. Dock and canal convenient to back yard. Overall a great stay. I would suggest a regular full-size oven, however. We were unable to cook a Thanksgiving turkey dinner for 10 people in that tiny convection oven.

Excellent home, location, and amenities!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The weather was perfect which did play a part. The pool was in great shape, the dock was great for kayaking. We did not have a boat but the dock was there if we did. Great location. We biked to the beautiful Sombrero beach every day. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of a conventional oven. The house has a microwave/convection over which I never could figure out how to bake in. But other than that I would recommend the house.

We just returned from a week at this beautiful property. Having three generations under one roof for a full week was a priceless gift. We spent time in the pool, rented a boat to explore and utilize the boat dock, and enjoyed the terrific Florida Keys weather. Wonderfully decorated and excellent location for taking in all that Marathon has to offer. We contributed a new pack and play for those who may need it for their little ones while visiting.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Calle Ensueno. The property was gorgeous, the pool delightful, and we loved being able to have a boat docked at the site. Plenty of room for all and the kitchen was a dream!

Our family of 5 stayed at Calle Ensueno over the Christmas Holiday and had a wonderful time! The team at American Coastal Rentals was communicative, kind and extremely helpful. Our reservation, check-in, and check-out were a total breeze. Maintenance was there immediately to fix and assist with a few minor things that needed attention during our stay. This team is the epitome of professional and we can't recommend them and this space enough. By far one of the best stays I've experienced.

As a family of four with teenagers, this property had everything we needed for an exciting spring vacation. There was plenty of room for the kids and adults, and the kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Close proximity to the Cabana Club was great, as well as access to a boat dock allowed plenty of fun in the water. Thanks for a great visit!

This place was super clean and probably the most well stocked Vrbo I’ve ever rented. We cooked alot and the kitchen had everything. We didn’t pack beach towels due to space, it had those too. Fishing rods were there for the teens to fish off the dock. Cabana club across the street for a swim. Marathon was a great choice for our stay as we “key hopped”. Highly recommend this place.

We found the home to be VERY well outfitted and livable. The only thing that we didn’t care for was having to leave! Beautiful home in a beautiful community.

The home was a great place to stay! There were a few good restaurants within walking distance and the Cabana Club had a few options as well for food. Check-in/out was an easy process. We even locked ourselves out and were able to get immediate assistance with the after hours number to get back into the house. I would recommend staying here and would love to come back again! We bought hand soap and dish soap but when we arrived there were already bars of soap and dish washer pods available to use at the home. One thing to note is that the pool/Cabana Club closes at 7pm and there are strict rules of no outside food or beverages, although they do provide unlimited water!

This house was amazing and fit our group perfectly! The covered porch was a great place to have coffee, meals and watch a rain shower. There were ample linens and kitchen supplies. We loved walking a few minutes down to the beach and cabana club where there was a full bar, smoothies, ice cream, snacks and meals available for purchase. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for my family. We put all the kids upstairs. While it is the largest bedroom, I prefer to have their clutter where I don’t have to look at it all the time. They felt like they had their own space for movie nights. We love the location. We have stayed on this same street in the past. It’s great with getting the boat in and out. Everything was as described. Highly recommend!

This place was really cute. It was quiet and peaceful. All the rooms were fabulous and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs bathroom wallpaper was a great topic of conversation with our group. ;) All in all we have a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week in Key Colony Beach. Perfection! Streamlined check in/out. The house was incredible! We can’t wait to come back next year!

The home was beautiful and spacious. It’s location was great. When we come this way again, we will check on this place’s availability before we shop around.

The house more than lived up to our expectations. We were a family group of 10, including an infant and a toddler. All of us had comfortable spaces and plenty of room. We ate in most of the time, so the kitchen and outside barbecue were used extensively. The kitchen area was great. There was a lot going on in the backyard, we made full use of the pool and all the amenities. We had manatees ‘visit’ us at the dock almost everyday, and we fished off the dock, an activity that the kids greatly enjoyed. Leslie was great, and pretty much immediately responded to any of our inquiries. She also pointed us in the right direction to procure some things we needed for the kids. She was great! This was a rare vacation for us to be all together, and it couldn’t have gone better. Hopefully we’ll be back! Thanks again, Joe Brennan and Family

Couldn't recommend this place more highly. The place itself is perfect and housed our family of 9. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a vacation home. The situation on the canal is lovely - we saw manatees and turtles from the deck, and it was amazing to watch the pelicans diving for fish in the morning. All of the communication beforehand was clear and straightforward, and made our life very easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again!

The house and amenities were as described. A little miscommunication with maintenance people showing up unannounced but host was responsive. Bed linens and towels felt a bit cheap but beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, pool and dock were very convenient. Even had some manatees and dolphins swim by the dock! Overall our large, multi family vacation was very nice and everyone enjoyed their space! Will very likely book again.

We had a great week at this property! The pool was warm, the home was comfortable, and the canal provided endless entertainment. We had two families, two grandmas, and an aunt all staying here comfortably. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and that was a huge selling point. The dock was great for fishing, watching the manatees, and we even had a dolphin sighting! Jerry (maintenance) came by to check the pool twice and always helped us with anything we needed. Leslie (property manager) called to check in as well. We did get out and enjoy Marathon and the Keys, but we were also perfectly content to spend entire days at the house relaxing, swimming, fishing, and grilling. This house provided lots of great memories for our family! Highly recommended!

Best family vacation! Felt like we were home away from home. Beautiful view. Clean home with most items we needed. Just responded to an issue quickly and it was fixed in 2hours. Definitely will book again!

Loved this house, perfect for a big family vacation. So comfortable with all en-suite bedrooms, nice tiki hut, dock and great view! Also loved the resident manatees! Was a great stay and also really easy to dock the 2 boats we brought!

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual family dive trip at our Coco Plum Unit 1 house! The house was immaculate when we arrived, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was such a treat! But our favorite part of the house was the open kitchen/living/dining area! It was nice to have enough room for the whole family to gather for meals, games and as a respite from the heat. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool and porch area. We especially loved the visits from the manatees on a daily basis! The house was an easy drive to pretty much everything, including all of the activities in the area. We did have a dryer malfunction while staying at the house, but they had a repairman at the house within 45 minutes of my call. All other minor things that needed attention were mentioned to American Coastal Rentals before our departure. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this property to anyone!

This house was well represented by the pictures online. Great location close to many restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We caught many fish from the dock and grilled our catch for dinner. Lots of marine life to see……manatees, sharks, stingray, jellyfish…….we thoroughly enjoyed the views. House was clean and spacious (nice having a bathroom per room). For those not native to Florida, please know that the mangroves surrounding this area will mean that there are lots of “no-see-ums” and mosquitoes so be sure to bring bug spray and candles to try to keep them at bay. The property managers were great and deposit was refunded within a week. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house was amazing. All bedrooms had bathrooms which made staying with multiple families hassle free. The pool and recreation space was perfect. We had manatees, sharks, and fish right off the dock almost every day. The kids had a blast! The adults had a blast!

This house is amazing! We had plenty of room for our party of 14. Two refrigerators were awesome to have. Great location, we were out in the Atlantic in no time. We brought two boats and had more than enough room at the dock. The pool was wonderful. I would give this place a 10 star. It met all of our expectations. Will definitely book again with Victoria!

This house is perfect for a lot of people - we filled the house but never felt like we needed more room. It was very private, yet close to restaurants and grocery store. We rented kayaks, walked to the beach and enjoyed the private road of Coco Plum.

This property has it all for a large group. We had 14 adults and no shortage of room for all as well as privacy if wanted.....The property was spotless upon arrival and ready to host us for a week. Victoria was very accommodating and took care of all our needs during our stay. The pool and dock area are amazing as well with plenty of room for our boats. Access to the property from land or water is very convenient no matter which you choose. You won't be disappointed with this property. We already booked for next year.

Beautiful new home with a bathroom for every bedroom. The outdoor space was incredible, right on the canal with a huge dock. We're already booked for next year!
