Great location and great place. Our second stay here and it was great both times.

We loved everything about our stay. This home has it all. Some of us just wanted to lounge by the pool or on the upstairs porch and it was perfect! Some of us wanted to get on our boat and snorkel and fish everyday and it was perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Marathon. The home is on a relaxing channel of water and walking/biking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet family neighborhood. Just the right size for our family. Enjoyed the large veranda when it rained, as well as the pool when it was sunny. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach.

Great place to stay and very easy to get around, great beach down the street, terrific pool and restaurants all very close. Had a great time.

The experience renting the property was simple. The girls at the office I spoke with were always friendly and helpful.

Plenty of space for 9 guests. Large living room, dining area and huge kitchen. There is no access to the apartment from main living area, not a deal breaker. The downstairs apartment has a roll out mattress in the sofa right in front of a small tv. It was the perfect hang out for the little ones to rest and nap. There's a large sliding glass door in front of it, could see them from the porch/pool. The pool is fantastic! The canal is teaming with jellies and fish. The iguanas are social. We had a visit from a ferret. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Publix and Walgreens very close by. Stock up on bug spray and hydrocortisone cream... don't skip this. Few minutes drive from Sunset Bar and Grille, wonderful food. I highly recommend renting a boat, there's so much to see here even just cruising the canals. We enjoyed our stay and Leslie was very helpful.

Overall the house is exactly as the pictures show! Plenty of indoor space, FABULOUS deck and pool! Plenty of beach towels, but daily supplies = go to the store! Only 1 roll of TP, 1 roll of PT. There is a great grocery/pharmacy/liquor store within a mile - so just stock up before getting there. After that, the place is exactly what I was hoping for my family! And the management staff always responded to a call or email within 24 hours!

We had a great stay with 2 sets of grandparents and kids. House was in a great location and very comfortable. The full separate living space on your lower level was great for separation but easy access to the pool. Keeping the boat in the water was easy with a cleaning table and hose for wash downs right at the dock.

Amazing house. We loved it. Lots of room and great outdoor space. Can’t beat the location either.

Leslie was amazing and was very responsive with a solution! She was on top of everything and even when we had a self inflicted issues she was right there to help. It was a great experience and we plan to visit the same house again. Thank you.

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location! 2-3 min walk to Sombrero Beach. Safe, walkable neighborhoods, close to loads of great restaurants and activities. Being centrally located in Keys, plenty of options in Marathon or with a short ride north or south. Would definitely recommend/return.

Great house and perfect location for our vacation ... quiet, beach very close and lots of good restaurants within 1-5 miles. Great kitchen and fully stocked with all the essentials. The grill was a big plus for us to have and we used it many times and gas was included. We paid the extra for the pool heat and that allowed us to use the hot tub every day as well at full temperature, which was great for the weather which was a bit cooler and cloudy over this Christmas (2023). One note for prospective renters - lots of stairs! Would recommend and rent this home again though.

Beautiful spacious house with great pool/hot tub. Plenty of room for 8 people to spread out. Minutes walk to Sombrero Beach, which is a great beach for kids. Kitchen is well equipped, and the host is very responsive.

Amazing house in a great location!

Our entire family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is perfectly located and fully stocked with all we needed. The pool and pool area were great and we were able to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock. In addition, the view is stunning!

We really enjoyed the house and being so close to Sombrero Beach. The pool and patio are great for entertaining all ages. Publix and Winn Dixi are conveniently located just a mile or so away.

Our extended family loved our stay here in Marathon. It is a 3-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, but you will find yourself not even wanting to leave this beautiful property. Amazing water/ocean views that can’t be beat, and the house is well adorned, clean, and done very well. House is private and quiet even though Publix and the conveniences are down the street a bike ride away. Loved our stay and house is even better than the pics!

Check in was a breeze, key and info pickup right on the way, home 3 miles away. Great oceanfront location with views and a 2 minute walk to Sombrero Beach. 1.2 miles to Publix grocery, 1.3 to a couple of local hangouts. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Great days at the pool, well outfitted property. Boat access will only allow for smaller boats and lack of a pool level bath are the only negatives. All in all, great property, wouldn’t go elsewhere should we visit marathon again.

This house was the perfect setting for our Marathon retreat. We loved the pool & spa, and the location to Sombrero Beach. Everything was top notch and exactly what you would expect from a luxury rental. We're already planning on coming back soon.

This house is exactly as it seems in the pictures! The location and house are amazingly beautiful. I would come back again and I hightly recommend this property!

We stayed at this amazing home over the week of Thanksgiving. The home couldn't have been any more perfect for our group of 7. We look forward to visiting this home again in the future. We stayed for a week at the beginning of lobster season. The condo is spacious and well furnished. It was great to be able to utilize the amenities at the Faro Blanco resort next door as well.

Condo was spacious and very clean. The enclosed balcony was very big and perfect for morning coffee and evening card games. The washer and dryer was super convenient. The condo was perfectly located by Turtle Hospital and different restaurants. We were sad to leave. Will definitely be back!!

This property was perfect for my family. The condo was very spacious which allowed all of us to spread out and relax. The condo was extremely clean and has its own washer and dryer. The property grounds offered plenty of room for taking walks with a great view. My family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

The pictures really do not show how nice this property really is. There are sliding doors from 2 of the bedrooms and 3 from the living room that open onto a wrap around screened in porch. Bedrooms were good sized. You have use of a nice pool that is adjacent to a nice restaurant/bar. The location of marathon key made it easy to go to different keys to see other things.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marathon! The location is excellent with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We loved the heated pool! The layout of the house was good with separated sleeping areas and a great room in the middle. The one exception was that the "extra or 1/2 bath" was downstairs in the garage area. This worked great for coming in from the beach or pool but left one bedroom across the house from a bathroom. It also seemed like the house could use a good deep cleaning. The house is really nice in a wonderful location and a nice neighborhood and we would highly recommend it!!

I cannot say enough good things about this home! It's beautiful, very spacious, quiet and CLEAN! This home is loaded with absolutely everything you need for a great vacation. Easy access to open water if you bring a boat and easy access to Sombrero beach! Rental company was great too! We will definitely be back!

I can’t imagine a more perfect house for a couple families to vacation in the keys! The ocean was three minutes away by boat, the fishing from the dock kept the kids entertained for hours, and the ramp made for easy paddleboard and kayak launches. We spent hours on the screened porches and in the pool, and the wonderfully stocked kitchen was a huge bonus. The short walk to Sombrero beach and the short drive to Publix made this an ideal location. We’ll be back!

This house was perfect! Great area to take a walk, ride a bike, or go for a swim at the beach. The house had everything we needed. It was nice a clean! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing home with all the amenities. The beach was a block away and was beautiful with no crowds. The home was close to Publix and restaurants.

The home is beautiful! Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 6, and a wonderful location! We rented kayaks to take advantage of the water access and spent many hours in the beautiful pool in the backyard. We enjoyed a day trip to Key West, fulfilled a life long dream of swimming with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center and basked in the sun on the wonderful beaches. Perfect home and perfect location to spend quality time with the family!

This house is amazing and the location is wonderful. We have stayed here 3 different summers in the last 5 years. The last visit in 2022 was for 2 weeks. The men love having a boat ramp and the ladies enjoy the pool, short walk to the beach, and the local places to shop & eat! It’s an amazing house and we love staying in it.

The house was awesome. If you have a boat, it's perfect. Great location to open water, large boat pier and plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers. Perfect set up.

The house was just as described. It was large enough for our two families! The kids had a great time in the pool and the ice maker is a huge help to fill coolers and head out on the boat.

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful home. We really got the opportunity to rewind, relax and really connect with each other. We enjoyed meals at the outdoor table looking at the beautiful pool and landscape. We really enjoyed having the dock there so we could easily take our boat out any time we wanted. The home felt very private even though it is in a neighborhood due to the fence and tropical landscape. We hope to have the opportunity to come back and visit again.

The property was even more impressive in person and you will not be disappointed. The house was very clean. The beds and the linens were top notch. The owner thought of every detail to make You feel at home. We were a family of 7 and there’s was plenty of space. The dock and pool we’re beautiful. There was an ice machine and freezer to make fishing even more convenient .

An absolute delight! This property well appointed and a wonderful floor plan, especially for multiple couples. The pool is so large and shaded in the heat of the day. You could not ask for anything more! Dock and fish cleaning station is under shade as well. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated and ice cold air conditioning. Everyone in our group was thrilled with this home. You will love this property for your keys getaway. We stayed a total of 2 weeks and never wanted for anything!

Our stay at this property was nothing less than spectacular! The pictures of the place online were exactly as the house stood, and in some cases, the house was even better than the pictures. All the amenities were spot on and easy to use! The pool was absolutely the highlight of the vacation for our children. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and ease around the reservation and check-in process. It was almost so easy that it made me nervous! We will definitely be visiting this location and this property again hopefully! Leslie and her staff were fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at this house! For a duplex, it was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 4. The pool was cooled so it felt great coming in from fishing or snorkeling. Access to the Cabana Club was fun if you wanted to go down to the beach. Location was great, centrally located to all things in Marathon. Also, neighbors were very welcoming, which was a relief since it’s a duplex. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house was clean and spacious and Leslie was extremely quick to respond to any questions and provided clear instructions on checkin and out. I would highly recommend and would stay again myself.

We loved every minute of our week in key colony beach. The house was extremely clean and we greatly enjoyed morning coffee on the lagoon. The pool was larger than we had expected and our children enjoyed afternoon swims while I cooked dinner. We felt this was a perfect location to explore all of the keys from key largo to key west. Don’t miss reef quest boat tours for a stunning boat ride and snorkel adventure at alligator reef lighthouse. Loved ending our day w a gorgeous Florida sunset. Leslie was always helpful and friendly in all correspondence. Thank you for a beautiful week!

Thank you for a wonderful week. Check in was very easy as we arrived in the middle of the night due to a flight delay and an accident that shut down a bridge for hours. Our host was very responsive and friendly. The property was beautiful and a great place to bring our boat and enjoy a dip in the pool. The private beach was also a great place to relax. We enjoyed the farmers market that set up mid week and the St Patrick’s Day parade in the community. We’d definitely return again.

This place was heaven to stay in! It rained all week for us unfortunately, but the place was stocked with ample games and we asked for the pool to be heated so it was perfect despite the weather. Each room was as described and the kitchen was extremely well stocked, as we cooked our meal several times. This is now one of our favorite places in Marathon!

We had a wonderful time here just before the holidays with our two college age daughters. The house was just as described and even had a beautiful Christmas tree! This is our second year in the Key Colony area and we absolutely love the location. We especially enjoyed fishing in the canal and relaxing in the pool (the heat came in handy for sure!) We will definitely be back and would enjoy staying at this property again! It was exceptional!

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and in close proximity to great restaurants and the vaca cut. The pool was nice to have to cool off in. We had a blast fishing off the dock in the evenings.

This property is a great value! Other similar properties close by were way more expensive. House was clean and well furnished. Our stay was right before the holidays, and they even had a Christmas tree setup! Fishing right outside your door in the channel, daily visits by manatees, and close to all that the Keys have to offer make this a great place to call home for a week! Property management company was always available for any questions or issues that came up, and very quick to react. This is a great place to stay! We will definitely be back.

The property was beautifully decorated and clean! We enjoyed the pool VERY much! The location was awesome, very close to stores, shopping, restaurants and more. The dock outside was perfect location for us as fishing is our passion. A few quick turns and we were wide open in the ocean! For those of us that stayed on the dock, the wildlife was abundant! Will come back again soon!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Key Colony Beach, as usual. Grandkids loved the personal pool. Cabana Club and access to the beach is a big plus. We will be back.
