The house was just as described. It was large enough for our two families! The kids had a great time in the pool and the ice maker is a huge help to fill coolers and head out on the boat.

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful home. We really got the opportunity to rewind, relax and really connect with each other. We enjoyed meals at the outdoor table looking at the beautiful pool and landscape. We really enjoyed having the dock there so we could easily take our boat out any time we wanted. The home felt very private even though it is in a neighborhood due to the fence and tropical landscape. We hope to have the opportunity to come back and visit again.

Our family of 7 had a great week in Marathon! The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. Large bait freezer in the garage was very helpful. Beautiful dock. Only recommendation would be to have a power source at the dock. We will absolutely stay here again!

The property was even more impressive in person and you will not be disappointed. The house was very clean. The beds and the linens were top notch. The owner thought of every detail to make You feel at home. We were a family of 7 and there’s was plenty of space. The dock and pool we’re beautiful. There was an ice machine and freezer to make fishing even more convenient .

An absolute delight! This property well appointed and a wonderful floor plan, especially for multiple couples. The pool is so large and shaded in the heat of the day. You could not ask for anything more! Dock and fish cleaning station is under shade as well. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated and ice cold air conditioning. Everyone in our group was thrilled with this home. You will love this property for your keys getaway. We stayed a total of 2 weeks and never wanted for anything!

Our stay at this property was nothing less than spectacular! The pictures of the place online were exactly as the house stood, and in some cases, the house was even better than the pictures. All the amenities were spot on and easy to use! The pool was absolutely the highlight of the vacation for our children. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and ease around the reservation and check-in process. It was almost so easy that it made me nervous! We will definitely be visiting this location and this property again hopefully! Leslie and her staff were fantastic!

We loved every minute of our week in key colony beach. The house was extremely clean and we greatly enjoyed morning coffee on the lagoon. The pool was larger than we had expected and our children enjoyed afternoon swims while I cooked dinner. We felt this was a perfect location to explore all of the keys from key largo to key west. Don’t miss reef quest boat tours for a stunning boat ride and snorkel adventure at alligator reef lighthouse. Loved ending our day w a gorgeous Florida sunset. Leslie was always helpful and friendly in all correspondence. Thank you for a beautiful week!

Thank you for a wonderful week. Check in was very easy as we arrived in the middle of the night due to a flight delay and an accident that shut down a bridge for hours. Our host was very responsive and friendly. The property was beautiful and a great place to bring our boat and enjoy a dip in the pool. The private beach was also a great place to relax. We enjoyed the farmers market that set up mid week and the St Patrick’s Day parade in the community. We’d definitely return again.

This place was heaven to stay in! It rained all week for us unfortunately, but the place was stocked with ample games and we asked for the pool to be heated so it was perfect despite the weather. Each room was as described and the kitchen was extremely well stocked, as we cooked our meal several times. This is now one of our favorite places in Marathon!

We had a wonderful time here just before the holidays with our two college age daughters. The house was just as described and even had a beautiful Christmas tree! This is our second year in the Key Colony area and we absolutely love the location. We especially enjoyed fishing in the canal and relaxing in the pool (the heat came in handy for sure!) We will definitely be back and would enjoy staying at this property again! It was exceptional!

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and in close proximity to great restaurants and the vaca cut. The pool was nice to have to cool off in. We had a blast fishing off the dock in the evenings.

This property is a great value! Other similar properties close by were way more expensive. House was clean and well furnished. Our stay was right before the holidays, and they even had a Christmas tree setup! Fishing right outside your door in the channel, daily visits by manatees, and close to all that the Keys have to offer make this a great place to call home for a week! Property management company was always available for any questions or issues that came up, and very quick to react. This is a great place to stay! We will definitely be back.

The property was beautifully decorated and clean! We enjoyed the pool VERY much! The location was awesome, very close to stores, shopping, restaurants and more. The dock outside was perfect location for us as fishing is our passion. A few quick turns and we were wide open in the ocean! For those of us that stayed on the dock, the wildlife was abundant! Will come back again soon!

This property is well-maintained. It had everything we needed. No complaints.

Home was nice and spacious for all, 4 adults and 4 kids. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped. We brought our 19ft boat. Dock space was good but wish there had been cleats to tie the boat to. We had to tie the boat up around the pillars, it wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Everything else was near perfect. Loved the location.

Great spot! Located on a canal, the views and surroundings were picturesque, peaceful and comforting. The access to the beach club was a terrific benefit which we used every day. Local restaurants, stores and facilities made things easy. My family truly enjoyed out stay and we look forward to the next time.

We just returned from a week in Marathon where we stayed at this beautiful home which was ideally located. The house was very clean, spacious and had almost everything that you could need for the week.The surrounding area felt very safe. I would suggest bringing beach paraphernalia including a collapsible cooler, beach games and even possibly a few beach towels. Unfortunately the house was not equipped with this and we spent the majority of our time out on the water and at the beaches so it was a necessity. ( The host did get some beach towels to us after we called about it). The Cabana club is a short distance (walkable) which was a nice bonus. And the canal in the backyard was nice and relaxing to sit by. We were able to see some sea life, including a Manatee. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

My family enjoy our two weeks in the Florida Keyes at this beautiful home. The house was clean, cool, and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and our family had so much room to spread out. We used the cabana club for afternoon swims and biked the neighborhood for exercise. The kitchen was well equipped. The linens were provided which made packing easy. Most of the beds were comfortable and the a/c functioned well. The outside deck and patio area was clean and afternoon breezes kept it quite cool. I would recommend this home for a family vacation.

The property was just as listed. Very clean and nicely decorated. We called for beach towels and they provided them the same day. Would’ve loved to have had a few beach chairs and small cooler to take to sombrero beach but overall we loved the property and would definitely stay here again.

Great house and community! We loved having the Cabana Club when we weren’t off doing Key West things. Lots of good restaurants nearby!

My wife, 2 kids 9 and 10.We had a great stay, decent walk to cabana club pool and a few local restaurants, sunset beach close walk and a cool spot. Aquarium was a nice spot for a rainy day, kids loves it. Manatee in the canal behind the house, saw nurse shark and eel. Highly recommend and would return

Beautiful home with lots of space. Was very comfortable for 6 adults. This was our 10th Marathon rental and our 5th in Key Colony and we were very pleased with everything. Check in and out was very easy. It was an excellent experience all around.

Great weather and beautiful house

House was plenty spacious for our group of 3 teens and 4 adults (mixture of 2 families) and included ample kitchen supplies, towels and bed linens. We didn't have a boat but frequently hung out on the dock and in the lounge chairs. We had visits from numerous tiny fish, some 4-10" fish, a barracuda, a shark, and a manatee!! Sunset beach is easily walk-able but you cannot swim there. The Cabana Club was enjoyed for 2 of the days. Key Colony Beach itself is great for long walks or runs. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby: Sparky's Landing was good & walk-able, Porky's Bayside was a fun vibe, best seafood was at Tonio's Seafood Shack. Old Seven is a great place to walk at sunset and Key West was a decent distance for a day trip (we spent the day at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park). Looking forward to coming back someday!

The property is surrounded with beautiful views. It is close to lots of highly recommended restaurants and activities. 5 minutes walk to the neighborhood Sunset park. Watching sunset at the park is a must do. Leslie is the best. She responds to all of my requests so quickly even during holidays!

I can’t say enough about this property. 3 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, spacious living room and kitchen and the back yard with heated pool and dock. The place was spotless and being so close to Publix and Walgreens pharmacy was extremely convenient. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget and appliance you could ever need. The back yard offered a beautiful place to relax after a day at Sombrero beach. Love this place and Leslie’s service & support were outstanding.

The house was clean and as pictured in the listing. We were close to great restaurants and grocery store. We had fun exploring Marathon and doing various activities (boat rental, Turtle Hospital, snorkeling, putt putt, golfing and kayaking at Crane Point Hammock). We had one rainy day so went to the nearby movies. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock.

Everything went smoothly and Leslie was great to work with. The house worked out great for us and was really updated clean and well stocked. I have rented many homes I give this home and Leslie a 10!

This was a fantastic house, in a great location. Loved the layout the house, and the screened in porch. Pool was perfect for cooling off from the heat. Proximity to the grocery store made the stay. And, we were able to take a long walk to the beach. Looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I brought our 2 sons ages 7 and 12 and our parents aged 71 and 78 to Marathon for a week long family vacation. This home literally made our trip a wonderful experience. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms! A perfect pool, 3ft deep, heated (we paid a little extra to have it warm), a screened in patio that was our outdoor living area, we sat in it so much, a fully stocked and organized kitchen and laundry room. Anything you can think of, this home has it. Cozy with an island feel. Open, airy and homey. An ice maker in the back yard was a huge convience and we grilled on the propane bbq. We even saw a manatee swimming in the canal along with pelicans and jumping fish. Lounge chairs galore and outdoor dining area. And a two minute walk to a huge Publix supermarket, gas station, liquor store, etc. Sombrero Beach is 2 miles down the street with a perfect little beach, playground, etc. The location and amenities of this house will not disappoint. We had a blast in your home!

I own and manage 50 vacation rentals in Tennessee. I can tell you this is hands down the nicest, most well stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it. Walking distance to Publix’s , has a sidewalk for walking the next street over. And only minutes from the beach. Just book it.

The house is awesome and very clean! The ice machine and bait freezer makes all the difference in the world if you plan on fishing a good bit. The travel from the canal to the ocean was about 20-30 min but it’s as a nice ride. Would definitely stay here again!

A cute 'old Florida ' rancher that has been remodeled and you even walk to the liquor store....so as to avoid inconvenient meetings with the local police folk.

We fell in love with this house, from the moment we walked in. Nice and open kitchen and living room. There are more amenities than your normal rental, including a expresso machine! The heated pool was a very big hit with my 5 year old. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a good choice for a family. The pool is very nice, and the location is great for boaters. However, if you want to scuba dive or snorkel, stay closer to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, or you'll be doing a lot of driving.

we enjoy being in Marathon- nice central location for many activities and restaurants. Publix while always crowded is close by.

This property was fantastic in every way. Location was perfect to get out on the water in the boat. The pool was a welcome place to chill out. The condo was so comfortable for all of the family, including an infant. The outdoor space was perfect for having an evening cocktail. We have stayed in several places in Marathon and this is by far our favorite.
