Perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. We LOVED the manatees and wildlife outside our back door. Would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool was the best part, as we often spent the evenings after supper floating and catching up. We were given notice that the house supplies ( toilet paper , trash bags, hand soap) were limited and any excess needed would be up to us. It would have been convenient to have more supplies readily available.

We loved the location …. we especially love the Cabana Club and sunset park

We loved our stay at this property! The house was perfectly located in the middle of the Keys to get wherever we wanted with only a short drive. Marathon was awesome! We really enjoyed the pool and the view of the canal. The house was very clean & had everything we needed for our week stay. Highlight of the trip was seeing a manatee in the canal right at the property. Fishing, sightseeing, shopping, animal scouting was just a few of the highlights of our trip! Looking forward to coming back.

Loved the central location of Marathon in order to access the other activities on the Keys. We enjoyed the pool several times a day, and we were glad we paid the extra for the heating. Loved the access to the Keys Cabana Beach and larger pool. Highly recommend this unit and plan to rent again in the future.

The house was great. Only gripe is that when you stay on causeway you can't bring your boat out of water until Saturday morning. If you are renting a boat this is a perfect house. Very clean. Well taken care of.

We come fo KCB yearly and this is our favorite house so far. Spacious, nice, and having our own pool was awesome. Perfect place for me, my husband, 3 year old, and 3 month old. Very close to the Cabana Club and playgrounds. On the main road but far enough down that it’s not annoying. Hated to leave as always!

We loved the private pool in the back and how close everything was! All our needs were no more than a 6 mile radius!! Saw manatees and was also able to fish right off back porch area! Would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The kids loved the pool and looking for creatures in the canal. We saw manatees, sharks, a ray, lobsters, and even an octopus. The location was perfect for boating - just a zip from the house to the ocean.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the property. My husband rented a center console and was able to keep it at the dock for a few days. We enjoyed the wonderful weather, bike riding, the pool and boating. It was a week in our favorite place to vacation. We love the Florida Keys and this home really made us feel right at home in paradise. Thank you so much :)

This house was fantastic! The pool was perfect for our kids and the water access for our boat was ideal. The house was well furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and very nice, the bathrooms were as well. It was very spacious and an ideal location. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. I highly recommend!

It was a nice place to stay. The best about this house other than the location that it has 3 bedrooms with King/King/Queen which works perfectly for adults. House was clean, check in easy, great location, close to Key Colony Club. Enough parking for 3 cars. Nice pool

This is a beautiful piece of property and the house is very well equipped. You need nothing. A few issues with maintenance were handled by Nick who went out of his way to help us with my disabled husband and the issues that goes with him. Very quick to handle all the maintenance issues.

Lovely get together for old friends! Enjoyed the pool, large kitchen, outdoor eating and relaxing screened area. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great area for walking. Had our boat at the dock and enjoyed short trip to open water/ great week overall!

House was as described and very beautiful! Enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, along with 3 bathrooms to share. Only thing that would of made it better, was if they trimmed the mangroves so you could see the waterfront.

We had a awesome time, fish everyday, bait freezer came really handy, good time.

The house was as presented for the most part. The pictures of the pool are misleading as it is way smaller than it appears on the website. The screened porch was a really nice place to enjoy coffee and evening cocktails. It would be ideal if the barrier hedges were trimmed so they weren't blocking the view of the canal. Overall it's a great place to stay with plenty of parking and close to nice restaurants.

Our family of 10 enjoyed staying here in Marathon. The house was clean and had enough space to accommodate us all. Kitchen was awesome!!! We cooked 5 nights and only went out twice. We ended up driving to Bahia Honda State Park which was perfect! The water was clear and minimal to no seaweed at Calusa Beach. Overall, House was great.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home!! We had a party of eight - my husband & me, our 3 teens (ages 17 & 18), & 3 additional teens (ages 18 & 19). There was plenty of space - all of the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked to meet all of our needs, & the bathrooms were wonderful. We loved the location and spent most of our week in Marathon or Big Pine, but did take off to Key West twice. It was a fantastic vacation and we cried actual tears when it was time to leave!!!

Great property with plenty to do without leaving the house.

We had the most amazing trip! The house was exactly what we needed. Everyone has their own room and bathroom. Spacious and we loved having a pool the landscaping is beautiful, we loved the variety of tropical palms. Our favorite part and place to be was the dock. Probably 98% of our time was outdoors on the dock . We snorkeled non stop seeing parrotfish, manatees, nurse sharks, lobsters, snapper, sea turtles. We rented kayaks and paddle boards to explore the surrounding area as well. It was a perfect middleKey location and we loved being in a neighborhood and having privacy. Convenient to restaurants, fishing charters and stores. We were able to explore other keys as well and had the most amazing trip. We explored Key West, Dry Torgtugas, Bahia Honda State park and snorkeled Looe Key Reef. Next time we are bringing the boat!

Great property for family and friends, private bedroom suites with large open kitchen great room for gatherings. Well stocked with everything needed for indoor and outdoor activities. Beautiful sunsets over the water and fishing off the dock

This property is exactly like it shows online! The center room has a high ceiling that makes everything feel so open. We really felt like there was plenty of room for everyone, 8 adults! Bathrooms were great, screened in porch great! grilling great! We rented a fishing boat that stayed on the dock and that was the best. We didn't have to go look for fun things to do, we were in charge of that! The dock is so fun to fish off of and to snorkel and we rented paddle boards! The guys did go a private fishing trip to the Everglades where they caught lots of fish for dinner and saw crocodiles on the sand bars! From the dock we were visited by manatees 2 times during sunset, turtles, nurse sharks, dolphins, sting rays, pufferfish, barracuda, pirate fish and so many other fish! Definitely want to stay here again!! You can't go wrong with this place!

7 adults and baby stayed here and it was a very nice stay. There were a lot of no see ums and people had a lot of itchy bites which is out of anyone's control. Property is beautiful and home well appointed and comfortable.

Very nice location and everything we wanted for the week. Accommodation were great for our family of 2 adult kids and their spouse are on infant. Total group of 7. I would recommend this to everyone looking to travel to the keys for a large family vacation.

The property management team was extremely quick to respond to communications and was very helpful with recommendations. The house was beautifully appointed with large rooms, plenty of privacy and comfortable beds. The swimming pool was perfect and in the shade for part of the afternoon which made it even more enjoyable. There was plenty of wildlife to see at the house. Beautiful fish under the dock, a family of iguanas, beautiful birds and we even saw a manatee at the dock twice! We brought our boat and give the dock and dock area 10 out of 10 with the fish cleaning table, lights and docking options. My favorite room in the house was the big porch to enjoy the morning and evening views along with the stunning sun sets. The laundry room was also very nice and there is an extra ice maker in there if you like a lot of ice like we do. I look forward to returning to this beautiful house in the future.

We love staying on Morton Street and this house suited us perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the furnishings & layout of the house, screened in porch and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked well with dish and cookware, very important to us as we mostly dined in. We loved this place and look forward to returning!

This was our second stay at this home. The perfect layout for a group. Private bedrooms with private baths. Perfect location for visiting the Keys. American Costal Vacations are great to work with and we will definitely use them again.

My friends live within walking distance of this gorgeous property. They told me that we wouldn't be disappointed, and we weren't. We saw so many fish off the dock- even a 4-5ft shark! I recommend getting a online fishing license, a rod, and some bait and fish off the dock. I loved swimming every day and watching the old brown iguana watching me. We spent hours on the screened in porch playing games. The kitchen has all of the pots and pans you'd need for a group of 8. The laundry room is so conveniently located, it was a breeze to keep up on the towels. The massive couch is big enough for many to fit comfortably. We brought kayaks and enjoyed exploring the shoreline on the nice days. Pack a few fun games, it gets dark quite early, lots of table space to play. Especially a deck of cards.

The house was perfect for the six of us. Everything we needed to cook was available. Fishing off the dock was great fun. Loved the location of house. Leslie was very responsive when we had one small issue come up. We will be back

We were four couples in the home had plenty of room. The only small room was the one off the dining room. We love the screened porch spent a lot of time out there. The pool was heated so we were able to swim every day. Also, we rented a pontoon boat the dock was right there. The house has everything you need. The location was great, but there’s no restaurants real close to walk to, but we did take the boat to some.

Beautiful property and quiet setting! Plenty of room and individual bathrooms for each bedroom is a Big plus!

This house worked out great for our trip. We had two separate families staying and one was on each side of the house. The 4th bedroom is off the living room with glass doors and curtains. We had some issues with the pool not heating upon arrival and the rental company had it fixed within 24 hours. Great service! There are no kayaks, snorkeling gear or anything to enjoy the gulf so we ended up renting a lot of that. The dock was awesome! My daughter loved swimming around all the fish in the clear water. Even spotted some sea stars and rays. The pool area is ok. Chairs and tables are down there but there is gravel everywhere which makes it hard on Kids feet. Bring some water shoes! Overall this property is updated, clean and has amazing views. For the price that we paid in April it should have come with more amenities.

What a beautiful home! The inside was absolutely beautiful and big! It was only 2 of us but this house can fit 3 families comfortably! The screened in porch — perfect!

We'll stay here every single time we come to Marathon. 10/10, never disappoints. Plenty of space, lots of privacy, friendly neighbors, perfect location. Everything is always perfect every time.

We had a great time!! Property was big enough for 6 people, clean and we found everything we needed to have a great vacation. The club passes saved us from looking around for the beach. We had access to a private beach and a pool. Highly recommend if you would like a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful holiday! This house was fantastic! The outside space was really great and we felt right at home in every way. There were lots of interesting things to see in marathon and we enjoyed the Cabana Club. Leslie was very prompt and helpful, answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. The neighbors are quiet and very nice, they brought us fresh baked cookies. The way the property sits it's a little difficult to watch the sunset but getting a boat in and out is very simple and we enjoyed asking the boats going by how they did that day. The house itself was great and our bed was comfy. Kitchen is fully outfitted for all your needs with a basket style filter in the coffee maker. There is a small garage with a second fridge and bait freezer and several beach needs like an ice chest, floats, ect. The grill was out of gas but we followed the instructions in the manual and got it filled and emailed the receipt and it was refunded promptly.

The home was clean, spacious, and just like depicted in pictures. The dock was perfect for my 21ft boat. The management company was prompt to respond to issues but also came with a lot of requirements and rules followed with fines if not abide by. Overall it was a great stay that we would and might come back to. Thank you for a great trip.

Walk out of to the left 2 minute walk to golf course behind that tennis and pickle ball courts.......To the right less than 5 minute walk Cabana Club pool and beach.....Sunset Park to the right ....Restaurant 1/2 block .........Other than that house was perfect....Any problems we had property manger took care of right away.......we will definitely be back again

KCB is a wonderful spot in the middle Keys. This duplex property is comfortable with great amenities and dock.

We loved this house. Having 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms gave us all space to spread out. Enjoyed the Cabana Club, Sunset Beach, sitting on the back patio, pickleball and easy-to-get-to day excursions. A wonderful place to enjoy The Keys.

Our 2nd time staying at the property. Everything was great! Rooms each had a private bathroom. If I had to nitpick, I would say that I wish the kitchen countertops weren't tile and the the dock wasn't concrete. Not nearly enough to take away from the 5 star. Property mgnt company was great as well We had a tire issue on the trailer and they were understanding. Definitely recommend this place but not on the 2nd/3rd week of May... that's our week!

Our favorite part of the house was each bedroom had its own bathroom. It made traveling with others easy! Great location in Key Colony.

My cousin and I annually take the boat down to Key Colony Beach (KCB), to fish. Let me begin that yes, we would rent this property again. The three rooms all had their own private bathroom. Master is on the 3rd floor with private balcony and the room is oversized. Washer is in the hallway, while the dryer is in the 2nd bedroom. A/C was cold, refrigerator was cold and the fridge had filtered water. Coffee machine is old school. The living room and dining are very spacious. It was nice parking under the house and having the car in the shade. Kitchen had room. Only drawback with the kitchen was there was no real pantry, but there is a lot of counter space. Check in/out was extremely easy. The fish cleaning table is standard size and you can easily filet your catch. The bait freezer is conveniently on the ground floor and there are plenty of hoses. The area is extremely safe. The club pool is nice with a bar for adult tasty beverages and frozen drinks. My cousin and I would definitely recommend this rental.
