Great location. House seemed to be new, great build and set up. Pool was great. Dock for boat was perfect. Fish cleaning area. Freezer outside. Overall great.

We had an amazing time at the property in Key Colony Beach. The house was better than we imagined and worked great for our family of 8. The folks at American Coastal are very responsive, polite and accommodating. We will definitely use them again.

Beautiful, brand new home. Comfortable for a larger family or several couples. Water/dock access is excellent. Pool is large and loads of fun. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Outside decks make the home even larger. Key Colony Beach is a fun community, tucked away off of the main road but close to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Aesthetic is white, clean, and modern. Take the warning about stairs seriously. Host was responsive and professional.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is an amazing home away from home. We shared the house between two families. The best sand bar was Grassy Key. We loved Lazy Days South and Burdines. Sombrero Reef was a beautiful reef to snorkel. We also rented kayaks from Keys Kayaks. Thank you so much. We will definately be back!

It was great! We had a little problem with the pool heater, but, they tackled that in a timely manner. We had a blast, and the house was beautiful, and clean!

This home is spectacular, lots attention to detail! The beautiful tropical setting makes you feel as though you are far away from the noise of the world. We spent most of our time on the back patio and in the pool. Leslie and her team were great to work with and always available if we needed anything. Beautiful home! Perfect for our family vacation - for both kids and adults. The common spaces are super spacious and everyone has more than enough room. The pool is really the star of the show here - truly feels like being at a private resort. Perfect house if you're looking to relax at home and go to the beach. The kitchen is a true chefs kitchen - we made some amazing meals and memories here, thanks for having us!

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving 2024. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids (age 2 and age 3) loved the pool. We loved how close the house was to restaurants, Publix, beaches. Would stay again.

The house is very spacious and nicely decorated with attention to details. Very clean as well. The pool area with its huge tropical garden is a dream! We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the house to 100%.

One of the nicest properties we had ever stayed on. It's like a hotel but all your own. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool. The wrap-around porch was just perfect for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. There was lots close by to do including restaurants, boat rentals, Sombrero Beach and we spent a day in Key West. We didn't want to leave!

Our family have an amazing two week stay at this property. We loved the privacy and the pool. The layout was perfect for gathering, yet all family members still had their own space to relax. Having laundry on site and a fully stocked with appliance kitchen was convenient without having to constantly leave the home. The bathrooms are beautiful.We have no big complaints, and have nothing but great things to say about Leslie (the property manager).We would return!

This property far exceeded our expectations. It felt more like a resort than an Airbnb. The house itself is beautiful and the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, yet cozy. The kitchen and butler’s pantry are huge and had everything we needed. It’s clear that it was a chef’s kitchen. We stayed for 10 days and only ate out once because we enjoyed cooking together. My husband and I slept in the pool house, which was also really nice. We traveled with my parents and our 1 and 2 year old children. This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The pool area is beautiful (recommend heating it!) and has a zero entry component, which was perfect for our toddlers. The property is on 1.5 acres and the gardens are pristine. We enjoyed mornings at the pool and walks around the property (our 2 year old called it the jungle) in the afternoon.We highly recommend this property and working with Leslie!

The photos and descriptions simply don't do this property justice. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, our expectations were exceeded. The home is grand, yet comfortable. The pool area is all you could want in a holiday home, and we spent hours upon hours there. The wrap around porch, full kitchen, and spacious showers were all great perks. All in all, a beautiful, clean, well-thought-out home we were happy to spend time at. We'll be back!

This is the most private well maintained rental property I have ever stayed at. It felt like we were in our own little Eco-System. The pool area provided an oasis like feel and the waterfall feature was amazing on many levels. The days were 87 and sunny and the nights were perfectly breezy. The smell of the Gulf of Mexico really made us feel like we were on the water. The amenities of the home gave us everything we needed to relax and stay in the home rather then feel like we needed to drive anywhere. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook large meals everyday. My Family and I will definately vacation here again.

We have stayed at lots of places all over, and this was up there with the tops. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great, the pool area private. Our kids loved exploring the yard for lizards. Would highly recommend this for any group or family!

We LOVED this home on the water in Marathon. it is a quiet neighborhood that has water on one side and a golf course on the other. The amenities were perfect and in great condition. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and a plumber was there within a couple hours. Great service! We had a BLAST and the house made all the difference.

Everything about the home was perfect for our family. Just as pictured and had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and we appreciated the suggestion of getting it heated! Location was great and close to everything with an enjoyable ride through the canals on our boat to get to the ocean or the gulf. We will definitely stay at this home again! Our only suggestion for improvements would be replacing a couple of the mattresses, but other than that, a perfect two week stay!

The house was perfect for 4 co-workers vacationing together. The layout with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom allowed each of us to have privacy. The kitchen is very well-stocked, truly one of the best I have stayed at. It's a short drive to Sombrero Beach, grocery store, and pharmacy. We are very happy we paid extra for the pool heat, as our last few days were very chilly for the Florida Keys! Overall, an excellent home with everything you need. I highly recommend it.

This place was just perfect!! Everything you need is in the house and a great location for your Florida keys stay. Close from grocery stores, Walgreens, and great restaurants!!We requested to have the pool heated and used it everyday. The only thing was we got bit by no-see-ums. I guess you can’t control that. But other than those buggers, no complaints at all. They sent us reminder emails for garbage pick up days during our stay, connecting with us before our arrival, and answered any questions with very fast responses. We would definitely book this place again!!

Excellent property, throughly enjoyed our time.

The property had for almost equally size bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms that were attached to each room, in addition to a half bath in the main area the home was very clean. The house would sleep 10. It had ample amount of household items for cooking. We love the convenience of having a washer and dryer unit in the home. The home is beautifully landscaped and came with a modest size pool that was enjoyable for our group of five. More of a soaking kind of pool since it was only 4 feet deep. I would say the sun chairs were not the most comfortable for lounging by the pool since the chairs were actually designed to be in the pool loungers for a zero entry type pool so having them on the pool deck on the ground was a little challenging. The house was situated about a mile from the sombrero beach. It would’ve been nice to have beach chairs available. Unfortunately there was only one they did however have a couple umbrellas for the beach. We definitely enjoyed having those to take along with us. Keep in mind it does cost, about $6 an hour to park at the beach so walking there or having someone drop you off at the beach is probably a better option. The kids really enjoyed being able to hang out at the beach and snorkel. The house is located next to the Publix, Winn-Dixie and Many restaurants. It’s very close to the Crane point hammock where we were able to enjoy some kayaking for about $60/day.

We have been vacationing in Marathon for years and years. This house if our favorite. The 4bedrooms all with king beds and all with own bathrooms for perfect. We enjoyed fishing off the dock most nights, we had kayaks delivered and paddled around from our dock into the canals. Open kitchen living room made visiting cooking enjoyable. Management company is exceptional. See you next year!

Easy in and out instructions with supplemental information to ground us with options in Marathon, Key West and areas in between. Any issues were addressed promptly (1-2 very minor items quickly remedied). Beautiful, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood with indoor/outdoor space that included ample areas for us to spread out. Having the bedroom/bathroom combination was a plus, felt like everyone had their own suite to retreat to. Pool with heating was ready for us at all times at a very comfortable temperature. Great experience! High marks for Leslie and her team!

Our family of 8 adults rented this home last week. The home is perfect! Yes I mean perfect! Home has 4 beds and baths, pool, fishing, and most of outdoor space. There is plenty of space inside and out for everyone! We rented Kayaks and had them delivered to the home. What a blast! In addition the pool was heated and home was well stocked! We walked to an outdoor lunch/dinner place to enjoy food and live music. Restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing and the beach were very close. This is is a great find and the management of this home is impeccable!

The photos could not be more accurate. The house was ideally located in area where morning and nightly walks were possible. The house was fully stocked and even had fun inflatable rafts for the kids . The kitchen had all of necessities for cooking at home or grilling on the patio . Make sure you find the light switch for pool, the kids loved the various colors. I would highly recommend this house plus it was about a 7 or 8 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to the outdoor aquarium or dolphin reserve ... great vacay ... just make sure you have bug spray for the no see um bugs, caught us by surprise as the sun was setting .. enjoy the beach chair and sand toys we left behind... Good times in Marathon

We LOVED this home! Everything was spotless, looked new - just as pictured. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Each room had a bathroom and a TV. We were vacationing with our two little kids and the pool was perfect for them and we spent every minute out there enjoying the beautiful outdoors space. This is our 4th time renting in Marathon and this house was by far our favorite.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location is fantastic—right on the water with perfect access for bringing a boat. The house itself is very modern and well-appointed, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a major bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra half bath we didn’t know about. The decorations were amazing and each room had its own vibe. Kudos to the decorator!!! There’s plenty of parking, which made things easy for our group. The proximity to the airport means you can catch some fun views of private planes taking off and landing—though it does come with a bit of noise at times, it didn’t bother us much. The WiFi was a bit unreliable for those who needed to work remotely, but for a vacation it wasn’t a big issue. One note: you’ll need to bring your own propane if you want to use the grill—we didn’t end up using it . Overall, a great place and we’d stay again.

The layout of this place is perfect for friends staying together! Everyone is in a corner of the house with the kitchen and living space in the middle. Everyone has the same size bedrooms and bathrooms all to themselves! Plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat trailer! Deep water access right out to the Gulf! Leslie and her team are very responsive if you encounter any issues! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay, Marathon was the best island. This house is located really close to the airport, at times it's very loud. The pool was great and we enjoyed our vacation here.

We were very happy with this vacation rental. The place was as pictured in VRBO was very clean, and nicely decorated . We all had our own king size bed, and bathroom, which made it very comfortable to stay with so many people. The pool was a home run and was heated perfectly we used it a lot! We had the perfect spot for our boat and enjoyed many days on the water, so much fun!

Much air traffic. Other than that..a perfect place. We would stay again and bring repellant for no see ums.

Not a fan of the location...loud due to being close to the airport as well as the location just isn't as good as the previous place we stayed at. A group of 8 adults stayed here in November. It was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bath was wonderful. The house had most amenities we needed. We loved hanging out back by the pool relaxing. Perfect amount of sun and shade. An umbrella on the upper deck table would’ve been nice for the hot afternoons, but we just went downstairs by the pool (under the house) for the shade.

The home is beautiful! Looks like the pictures. Amenities are wonderful. Outside area is very tropical. You definitely feel like you are in The Keys! Marathon is a fun key. Only 1 hour from Key West. Restaurants are wonderful. We rented a boat to enjoy the amazing sunsets, fish and all of the turquoise water. All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I LOVED everything about it. The area in Marathon was perfect close to everything. The home looked exactly as pictured even better.

This home made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels for each couple. We were happy this house had some beach towels, not everyone brought them and we used the very nice pool almost daily. Would definitely rent this home again.

Place was perfect. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated Pool was awesome and location was perfect. We saw lots of wildlife like manatees, lizards and lots of beautiful pelicans. Definitely highly recommend.

VERY NICE HOME GOOD LOCATION HAD A BLAST

The home was roomy and comfortable for 11 of us, including 2 toddlers and an infant - washer & dryer was great, as was the pool and access to the Cabana Club - that was awesome! We rented bikes and a boat, and had a great time!

We vacation with my 3 adult children and their families every summer. This property was perfect for us. Each of us had a master bedroom with 3 extra bedrooms for the grandchildren. There were 8 adults an 5 children in the house and it was never crowded. Very clean and had everything you will need. Great property overall!

Very spacious with private bathrooms in most bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was comfortable. The space was mostly private but there is an enjoyable amount of boat traffic that passes through the canal. We only used the pool a few times but relaxed outside most evenings (bring the bug spray). It took a day or so to find all of the beach towels in the top of a closet at the bottom of a spiral staircase but that’s because we didn’t use the pool right away. We reached out a couple of time to the host and she was quick to respond. I didn’t realize when we booked this home that the downstairs home connects to the upper home. It can be closed completely off and private or you can move between the two without walking outside. Beautiful home for 13 of us to enjoy!!

This group of 14 has been vacationing together in the Keys numerous times. This has definitely been one of the best properties. We always use VRBO and have always been happy with the homes we booked, but this property/owner goes above and beyond. The kitchen in the upper unit was well stocked with pots/pans/linens. All appliances were updated and in good repair. The large room with the bait freezer and a separate pool bathroom also held many pool floats/noodles/fishing accessories, etc. The downstairs foyer off the pool had at least 20 beach towels available for use. A gentleman from the management company stopped by twice to check our garbage cans and take them to the street for us once full. We were there when Hurricane Idalia passed by and someone visited the next day while we were out on the boat and we came back to a clean pool free of debris. In the evenings we fished from the dock and fed our party of 14 two nights with all the mangrove snapper we caught. Plenty of room, large pool, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches made this one of the best stays yet!

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone had room to spread out, kitchen was large enough to make cooking easy and the house being centrally located allowed us to visit Key West and other keys to enjoy all there was available. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was great and everything we expected. We brought our 32ft boat and had plenty of dockage. I would highly recommend this home to any family and definately will be staying again.

This was the perfect place for the seven of us - 3 couples, one solo. We had plenty of space and privacy. The pool and hot tub were used daily and so nice. The view was so pretty. Great place to stay and we loved the area!
