We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location is fantastic—right on the water with perfect access for bringing a boat. The house itself is very modern and well-appointed, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a major bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra half bath we didn’t know about. The decorations were amazing and each room had its own vibe. Kudos to the decorator!!! There’s plenty of parking, which made things easy for our group. The proximity to the airport means you can catch some fun views of private planes taking off and landing—though it does come with a bit of noise at times, it didn’t bother us much. The WiFi was a bit unreliable for those who needed to work remotely, but for a vacation it wasn’t a big issue. One note: you’ll need to bring your own propane if you want to use the grill—we didn’t end up using it . Overall, a great place and we’d stay again.

The layout of this place is perfect for friends staying together! Everyone is in a corner of the house with the kitchen and living space in the middle. Everyone has the same size bedrooms and bathrooms all to themselves! Plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat trailer! Deep water access right out to the Gulf! Leslie and her team are very responsive if you encounter any issues! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay, Marathon was the best island. This house is located really close to the airport, at times it's very loud. The pool was great and we enjoyed our vacation here.

We were very happy with this vacation rental. The place was as pictured in VRBO was very clean, and nicely decorated . We all had our own king size bed, and bathroom, which made it very comfortable to stay with so many people. The pool was a home run and was heated perfectly we used it a lot! We had the perfect spot for our boat and enjoyed many days on the water, so much fun!

Much air traffic. Other than that..a perfect place. We would stay again and bring repellant for no see ums.

Nice place...second time staying in Marathon, but first time at this house. The house is nice & has everything you'll need or want. Not a fan of the location...loud due to being close to the airport as well as the location just isn't as good as the previous place we stayed at. Overall, the house is in great condition and again, pretty much has everything you'll need.

A group of 8 adults stayed here in November. It was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bath was wonderful. The house had most amenities we needed. We loved hanging out back by the pool relaxing. Perfect amount of sun and shade. An umbrella on the upper deck table would’ve been nice for the hot afternoons, but we just went downstairs by the pool (under the house) for the shade.

The home is beautiful! Looks like the pictures. Amenities are wonderful. Outside area is very tropical. You definitely feel like you are in The Keys! Marathon is a fun key. Only 1 hour from Key West. Restaurants are wonderful. We rented a boat to enjoy the amazing sunsets, fish and all of the turquoise water. All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall great stay. Very clean, comfortable space. Everything was brand new. Having a private bath in every room was superb. They did a fantastic job with the interior design. I LOVED everything about it. The area in Marathon was perfect close to everything. The home looked exactly as pictured even better.

This home made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels for each couple. We were happy this house had some beach towels, not everyone brought them and we used the very nice pool almost daily. Would definitely rent this home again.

Place was perfect. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated Pool was awesome and location was perfect. We saw lots of wildlife like manatees, lizards and lots of beautiful pelicans. Definitely highly recommend.

VERY NICE HOME GOOD LOCATION HAD A BLAST

The home was roomy and comfortable for 11 of us, including 2 toddlers and an infant - washer & dryer was great, as was the pool and access to the Cabana Club - that was awesome! We rented bikes and a boat, and had a great time!

We vacation with my 3 adult children and their families every summer. This property was perfect for us. Each of us had a master bedroom with 3 extra bedrooms for the grandchildren. There were 8 adults an 5 children in the house and it was never crowded. Very clean and had everything you will need. Great property overall!

Very spacious with private bathrooms in most bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was comfortable. The space was mostly private but there is an enjoyable amount of boat traffic that passes through the canal. We only used the pool a few times but relaxed outside most evenings (bring the bug spray). It took a day or so to find all of the beach towels in the top of a closet at the bottom of a spiral staircase but that’s because we didn’t use the pool right away. We reached out a couple of time to the host and she was quick to respond. I didn’t realize when we booked this home that the downstairs home connects to the upper home. It can be closed completely off and private or you can move between the two without walking outside. Beautiful home for 13 of us to enjoy!!

This group of 14 has been vacationing together in the Keys numerous times. This has definitely been one of the best properties. We always use VRBO and have always been happy with the homes we booked, but this property/owner goes above and beyond. The kitchen in the upper unit was well stocked with pots/pans/linens. All appliances were updated and in good repair. The large room with the bait freezer and a separate pool bathroom also held many pool floats/noodles/fishing accessories, etc. The downstairs foyer off the pool had at least 20 beach towels available for use. A gentleman from the management company stopped by twice to check our garbage cans and take them to the street for us once full. We were there when Hurricane Idalia passed by and someone visited the next day while we were out on the boat and we came back to a clean pool free of debris. In the evenings we fished from the dock and fed our party of 14 two nights with all the mangrove snapper we caught. Plenty of room, large pool, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches made this one of the best stays yet!

The house everything described and pictured in the listing and more. We had no issues at all during our stay. The location is fantastic for boating! The house is fantastic for boaters! American Coastal Vacation Rentals did a great job communicating with us about our stay an keeping us informed about our stay. Would definitely highly recommend the property and the rental agent!

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone had room to spread out, kitchen was large enough to make cooking easy and the house being centrally located allowed us to visit Key West and other keys to enjoy all there was available. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was great and everything we expected. We brought our 32ft boat and had plenty of dockage. I would highly recommend this home to any family and definately will be staying again.

This was the perfect place for the seven of us - 3 couples, one solo. We had plenty of space and privacy. The pool and hot tub were used daily and so nice. The view was so pretty. Great place to stay and we loved the area!

We are return guests at this house and it’s amazing. Pool is awesome and immediate gulf access is essential for our stay. Manatees and tarpon right at the dock.

What a great location. Close to many restaurants, activities and stores. With a private pool overlooking the gulf, it could not have been better.

There were 8 of us ranging in age from 21 - 68. Everyone loved this house. From the size of the rooms, decorations, the screened in pool and deck, 5 bathrooms! What was not to love. We had plenty of room to gather for meals in the kitchen, games in the den and family time around and in the pool. We had a dock to tie up the boat we rented for the week and the guys also fished off the dock. It was just a great place for our family in this large home that gave everyone privacy when they wanted it and family time when they wanted it. We would definitely recommend this home to families or group of adults looking for a place to unwind and spend time together, within a few minutes of great restaurants.

Perfect location near the end of a court so no thru traffic. We felt like we were in our own little world which mostly consisted of the pool area, the dock (caught and released what we think were 2 baby goliath groupers, saw sharks and manatees), and the kitchen. The view of the waterfront and the lovely sounds of the wind rustling the palm trees kept us glued to those areas - don’t think the tv was on except for the first day. Family all agreed that we would absolutely come back to the same house if possible.

We loved this property. The layout is great for families. We made use of all the seating areas outside and in but the favorite was the lanai under the ‘birdcage’ by the pool.We rented a couple of kayaks and made good use of them. Saw a couple of manatees right by the dock ! Loads of restaurants to chose from close by.

Everything was wonderful! Fast response with any issues. Very clean, kitchen had everything you could need. Great set up for a big family. Will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was extremely clean and nice. We saw manatees every day and 1 dolphin. The kids caught tons of small grunt fish and snappers right at the house. We also had two tarpon on but did not get them in. The sun rises were nice. We rented kayaks to do our fishing and did ok. We really liked that 4 of the 5 bedrooms had bathrooms

This home is perfect for large families. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We could not fimd 1 thing we didnt love about this house. We have a multi generational family so 5 bathrooms was very helpful.

Took my bride for a weeks stay and we just loved it. For me I demand 3 things when we’re down in Marathon: Privacy, immediate access to the ocean with good docking for a 32’ CC and GREAT A/C! This house has them all. The covered pool is totally private with a hot tub as well. Split A/C’s keep the house cool even during the hottest part of the day. (This is not common down here). The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. We will be returning next year for sure.

Fabulous location in Marathon Florida Keys. Great views of the Gulf with manatees swimming by. Spacious, clean and great swimming pool. Iguanas can swim! Very private! Six adults and three children. Close to airport.

This house was great for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The location is good if you want a central location between Key West and Islamorada. It is located at the end of a private road and gives lots of privacy. We saw manatees, parrot fish, snapper and coral right off the dock. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for supplies. We had a wonderful week at this roomy home.

We come down to The Keys every year, Marathon is becoming one of our favorites now that we have kids. This house lay out was perfect, views were stunning, landscaping was gorgeous. We had family pictures planned on the beach that got rained out so we decided to have them taken at the house. Gorgeous piece of property and very quiet and secluded. Will for sure be back here!

The house was large enough for our extended family for 12 people. The dock was perfect for the large pontoon boat we rented to fish and have snorkel adventures. The property managers were helpful, the home was clean, the pool and hot tub were maintained adequately as well.

The house is very nice overall with lots of room to spread out. There is plenty of room for a boat and we even had a manatee visit on a couple occasions. There is also a hot tub now that's not in the listing.

This property is so beautiful and well maintained. We loved everything about it and had zero complaints. Perfect location, great pool and so many extra amenities like the ice machine, cleaning station and tiki bar! The interior of the house looks to be newly remodeled and is gorgeous. Everyone slept well, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is awesome and there’s just so much space in general it really allows you to spread out. Like I said, zero complaints. Will definitely rent here again. Thank you!

One of the best AirBNB homes I have stayed at. Location was perfect for exploring all of the keys and restaurants close by, even walking distance. The home, pool area, dock and outdoor space was actually better than the pictures. The home is designed with large gathering spaces and private bedrooms. Kitchen full of anything you need to cook for any size group. The remodel on this. home was designed by owners who take pride in their house, beautiful design and high quality finishes. One of the cleanest homes I have stayed in. Would rent this home again!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family!!! It was clean, as pictured, had everything we needed, and the pool was incredibly well maintained. The host was proactive, responsive and very helpful every step of the way. Sunset beach was walkable and a perfect way to end the day. Sombrero beach was less than a 10min drive and beautiful! We stayed for a week and had a great time. We were so close to everything in Key Colony and Marathon. The house was a great fit for my friends and I and everything that was provided in the house suited us well. We absolutely loved to enjoy the patio and deck in the mornings and night time and had an overall great stay!

We loved our stay, just what we needed and loved the location. My kids had so much fun just watching all the wildlife off the dock and seeing all the fish. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Absolutely love this location and the house was beautiful! The host Leslie was great! Very responsive, got back to my messages quickly! We noticed the back patio door hinge was broken and wanted to let her know, she responded fast and since it was later in the afternoon/ evening she had maintenance over the very next day and they replaced the hinge! I am very much a blanket person while I lounge on the couch and house was equipped with extra soft/fluffy blankets in the closets! Love that we had access to the cabana club within key colony! Highly recommend this host as well as her properties!

Nice place! Beautiful back yard with pool and outdoor eating areas. Showers were very clean! Plenty of beach and shower towels. Main road less then 5 minutes away! Beds are very firm! Had minor issue with grill (host was advised). Sadly no long mirror for the girls to check out their outfits!

We had a wonderful week in Marathon and this home was the perfect home away from home. Great location, quiet, family friendly and an overall great place for our family of 4 + grandmom and pop-pop too. Our host was super responsive and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions. My husband, brother and I had a great stay in Marathon. This home's location on Sombrero Beach Road was perfect. A bicycle path was along the road, we could walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Minor issues were resolved quickly and the staff was very responsive.

We had a great stay at this Sombrero Beach location. Leslie was very proactive with check in and out procedures and it made our stay less stressful and easy.

We had such a great time spending time with our family. Thought we would use the beach which was a 5 minute walk but we were content with hanging in the pool. Beautiful backyard. Loved it there!

Five stars all around. The location was fantastic! 3 minute bike ride to Sombrero Beach, equal time to the market, etc. For us, the beautiful, private back yard was everything. Sparkling pool, gorgeous, thick foliage gives privacy, plenty of lounge chairs, and a huge private dock to enjoy early morning coffee & sunsets. Manatee mama & baby right at our dock! House was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were four adults and there was plenty of room. Leslie was a very responsive host and quickly remedied minor issue with the tv. We are already planning our return. This property has it all!
