The most amazing house. We didn’t want to leave. Clean, beautiful, perfect location on the canal for our boat. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. Can’t wait to book again!

The place looks great in the photos. It lives up to them well. The space is delightful. The kitchen was fully stocked in a way that we have rarely experience at any short term place. Full sets of dishes, silverware, sure - but also complete sets of pots / pans / baking sheets to go with a wide variety of tools to get a really great meal done at home. We enjoyed just as many in as we did out. The location is minutes from so much - the beach, a marina, a couple grocery stores, a fish market, and a wide variety of restaurants. Includes The Dockside Grill just a couple streets away. A down home open air pub with regular live music right at the heart of the marina. The heated pool is a big win. The kids loved it in the morning before heading off for the day to a boat or Sombrero Beach. But they especially loved returning to it in the evening when we could flip on the colored lights to glow it in any number of shades. This place was a great find.

The house could not have been better. Location is amazing. We beached at Sombrero Beach daily. Boated to remote spots. Most wonderful dinners in the fully stocked kitchen, a rarity for most rentals. Disco dancing in the pool. It was lovely!

We have stayed in Marathon and some of the lower keys many times. This is by far the best home and we can't wait to return. American Coastal is so great to work with. House 10 stars, Agency 10 stars.

The layout of the house, cleanliness, and outside entertainment area were outstanding.

This property was gorgeous! We saw a manatee in the canal. The pool was nice. Perfect to take a dip to cool off. Love the hammock, the water fixture outside by the pool, the play area and the outdoor shaded relaxation and dining area. The house was decorated in Sea Turtle and marine life decorations. It was all just perfect!!! Nice neighborhood to walk in. Close to a lot of restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. I would enjoy staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at Livin’ on Key’s Time! The location couldn’t have been better — quiet, yet just a short ride to everything Marathon has to offer. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The outdoor space is truly the highlight — from the private pool to the spacious dock area, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water. The commercial ice machine was a huge bonus, especially for keeping coolers stocked for boat days! Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. We really appreciated the attention to detail and all the thoughtful amenities provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped stay in the Keys!

We had a great vacation! Close to the beach and shopping and looked exactly like the photos. My 20 something boys loved the king sized beds and large tv in each room. Can’t wait to return!

Great location, very convenient to the grocery store, water, and golf course (golf course is fair). Plenty of room. Very clean.

Our stay in Marathon was fantastic. The house is every bit as beautiful as the photos—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect for our plans. Communication with the Leslie was smooth, and we felt well taken care of throughout. We’d gladly stay here again.

Honestly… photos don’t do this place justice. THE VIEWS, the layout, the pool, the dock! We brought paddleboards and kayaks, grilled fresh fish every night, and spent our days hopping between the beach and nearby bars. Super easy access to everything but still felt private and peaceful. We didn’t want to leave.

We booked this place for my reunion boys trip and it was everything we hoped for. Super spacious, top-notch kitchen (even though we mostly hit the local restaurants lol), and the location was unbeatable. Walkable to bars and the water access meant we were fishing and boating every morning. The place is luxury without feeling stuffy.

We stayed here for a birthday girls' trip and it was perfect! The house is stunning, and waking up to views of the harbor every morning felt like a dream. We went kayaking right from the dock, grabbed drinks at a local beach bar, and ended every night in the hot tub under the stars. 10/10recommend!

This house made our family vacation unforgettable. We loved how close everything was—beaches, fun restaurants, even a great little ice cream spot down the road. The pool was the kids' favorite part, and the grown-ups couldn’t get enough of the outdoor grill and those harbor views. We even rented a boat and docked it right outside! Already planning our next trip back.

We were blown away by how perfect the location was. We snorkeled during the day, bar-hopped by evening, and soaked in the pool at night. The house itself is so thoughtfully designed—huge windows, gorgeous kitchen, and the primary suite was like a spa retreat. Can’t wait to come back!

This house was the perfect spot for some much vacation time. Mornings started with yoga on the balcony overlooking the sailboats, then a dip in the pool or kayaking around the harbor. I’d walk to the beach for sunset and grab dinner at a local spot nearby. Quiet, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. I left feeling refreshed and inspired.

We are extremely happy with our decision to stay at this home in Key Colony Beach! The location is great, peaceful & safe. It's walkable to post office/City hall, Cabana Club, a few restaurants & sunset Beach, perfect place to watch the sunset. On Tuesdays there's a fantastic farmers market near City Hall. The Cabana Club is a great amenity to this home! All the staff are super friendly & accommodating. The pool is large & pristine, the beach is well kept & quiet. There is a bar & food options, we never ate there, but the food ordered looked good. Last but not least...the home was absolutely beautiful & very comfortable! Super clean & well equipped. Although a duplex & on a canal, it felt very private. The tiki hut is a wonderful addition, along with the lites in the water at night. We saw lots of fish, including a few sharks. Our last night, we saw the lighted boat Christmas parade, which came right down the canal, so fun! You will not be disappointed if you rent this home!!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and all the amenities we needed. The backyard was fantastic and everything it had to offer. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed and looked exactly like the photos listed. The bed was extremely comfy. Our favorite thing though was the tiki hut outside. We could just sit there for hours. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd visit to this particular address, so we are quite familiar with the accommodations. The recent upgrades to the master suite and the dock were a nice addition. This unit is our preferred place to stay when we visit KCB. We will be back.

Lovely place, great for 1-2 couples. Great dock and underwater lights led to watching fish swim by all night. Great location in KCB and walk to Sunset Park for amazing sunsets!

My husband and our friends really enjoyed our too short of a vacation at this house. I loved its great location to the flats. Perfect for my paddleboarding adventures.

The place was very clean, furniture not cheap & all was exactly as described. Kitchen well stocked with plates, etc & all appliances are in working order. Comfortable amount of living space . Leslie was very responsive, both before & during our stay. Added bonus of adjustable/elevating mattress. Great find…very pleased!

Great place, convenient to everything, dock is great and fuel at two conchs, just 500 feet is way cheaper than the rest.

Marathon offered plenty to keep us busy, and it was an easy drive to Key West for a day trip.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy some grilling. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing with a book in a quiet setting. Inside, the living room was spacious enough for four adults to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped.The rental company was also a pleasure to work with—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Keys!

Extremely happy with this property. The photos were very accurate; house was spotless, and all of the furnishings and appliances were in great shape and appeared to be new or very recently added.We especially loved the balcony for breakfast and sundown time. Pool was great and we enjoyed it every day. No hesitation recommending this property.

We had a wonderful week in Marathon. The house is within walking distance to a groceries and a beach. The house is elegantly furnished but not overly. Our group of 6 adults were quite comfortable with the rooms, upper porch and the pool with outdoor dining. Leslie was very responsive to towel inventory and a loose door knob that we had. Thank you and your staff for a relaxing week in the Florida Keys.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week. The guys rented kayaks and fished every morning and evening. It was very convenient to put the kayaks in right behind the house and kayak down the canal to the ocean. Us girls enjoyed spending time in the pool. The pool was amazing! My 5 year old learned to swim that week. The pool, or at least parts of the pool, was in the shade a good portion of the day so you didn’t have to worry about being in the hot Florida sun the whole time. We enjoyed Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda beach as well. The house is stocked well with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The overall aesthetic of the house was very nice, a few little details could be changed, but overall it was great. It is a very clean house. I would definitely stay here again. My youngest is already asking when we can go back!Date of arrival - May 24, 2025
