Honestly… photos don’t do this place justice. THE VIEWS, the layout, the pool, the dock! We brought paddleboards and kayaks, grilled fresh fish every night, and spent our days hopping between the beach and nearby bars. Super easy access to everything but still felt private and peaceful. We didn’t want to leave.

We booked this place for my reunion boys trip and it was everything we hoped for. Super spacious, top-notch kitchen (even though we mostly hit the local restaurants lol), and the location was unbeatable. Walkable to bars and the water access meant we were fishing and boating every morning. The place is luxury without feeling stuffy.

We stayed here for a birthday girls' trip and it was perfect! The house is stunning, and waking up to views of the harbor every morning felt like a dream. We went kayaking right from the dock, grabbed drinks at a local beach bar, and ended every night in the hot tub under the stars. 10/10recommend!

This house made our family vacation unforgettable. We loved how close everything was—beaches, fun restaurants, even a great little ice cream spot down the road. The pool was the kids' favorite part, and the grown-ups couldn’t get enough of the outdoor grill and those harbor views. We even rented a boat and docked it right outside! Already planning our next trip back.

We were blown away by how perfect the location was. We snorkeled during the day, bar-hopped by evening, and soaked in the pool at night. The house itself is so thoughtfully designed—huge windows, gorgeous kitchen, and the primary suite was like a spa retreat. Can’t wait to come back!

This house was the perfect spot for some much vacation time. Mornings started with yoga on the balcony overlooking the sailboats, then a dip in the pool or kayaking around the harbor. I’d walk to the beach for sunset and grab dinner at a local spot nearby. Quiet, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. I left feeling refreshed and inspired.

We loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed and looked exactly like the photos listed. The bed was extremely comfy. Our favorite thing though was the tiki hut outside. We could just sit there for hours. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd visit to this particular address, so we are quite familiar with the accommodations. The recent upgrades to the master suite and the dock were a nice addition. This unit is our preferred place to stay when we visit KCB. We will be back.

Lovely place, great for 1-2 couples. Great dock and underwater lights led to watching fish swim by all night. Great location in KCB and walk to Sunset Park for amazing sunsets!

Great location ! Fishing and boat watching was the best . The pool was realy nice to have as well as the hot tub .

This house was amazing! After a long day of exploring the keys it’s always nice to come back to this house to recharge. We loved the fresh water pool and hot tub in the evenings and the fishing from the house ain’t bad either. This was our second stay at this house and will definitely be back.

I knew that I was limited on what I could do during the week stay bc of a knee injury and it was just fine bc I was quite happy just being at the house for most of my stay. Just loved it and didn’t want to leave. Even though this is an active boating location and boating route l, I still felt quite peaceful staying there. The pool was great and the hot tub was quite beneficial for my knee. Just be careful climbing into the pool. The ladder going up is quite steep. I would’ve preferred some true stairs. But that’s coming from someone with a hurt knee too so take it with a grain of salt. And if you don’t feel like going out to eat, seriously order the steamed shrimp by the pound at FishTails on the corner. It is within walking distance. Will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Paradise at its best. We had the most wonderful stay at Leslie’s home. The sunrises over the water and constant water views were picturesque each day. My kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and the pool (definitely recommend heating - it was amazing)! Leslie was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with! So thankful for the memories made and hope to return again when we’re back in the Keys!

What a tranquil holiday! Amazing views and so peaceful. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and seeing dolphins, fish, pelicans, and sting rays. Cannot say enough about the location and the beautiful views. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing house on the water. My kids had so much fun!

We could not say enough amazing things about this house. Even having seen pictures online, the house exceeded our expectations and was an incredible place for us and our young son. The property is gorgeous and waking up to the ocean from the bedroom never got old. Plenty of restaurants, things to do, and beaches to explore nearby. It was an easy hour trip to Key West for a short day trip. The house was immaculate and bigger in person than the pictures made it seem. Leslie was very quick to respond to questions I had. We hope to come back one day soon, a week we won’t soon forget!

This house is absolutely incredible! Super clean and spacious ! We caught so many species of fish off the dock! Beds were comfy and the decor makes you feel like you’re on island time! Definitely coming back here again!

If you want a place that has it all. Waterfront,pool, and privacy.this is it!! If you’re bringing or renting a boat this might not be the best choice. Only because the current that runs past this awesome property is very fast and the tie downs are few and far between. We canceled the boat and quickly found the fishing and other amenities from the house were more than enough.easy to any off the top restaurant!

This house offered everything we hoped for: privacy, gorgeous views, comfortable accommodations, entertainment (heated pool, hot tub, fishing, chez chairs for sunbathing, grill, manatees swimming by, pelicans watching). The house was clean , ready for us. Check-in was easy. We felt right home as we walked in. Leslie was responsive and answered all questions prior our arrival. We received a call from the manager on day before our departure, checking if everything was to our satisfaction. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying at this house again. Thank you!

The view from the Home and Docks is amazing. For a family of four this was a great location. The kids spent a ton of time fishing from the dock while we read books and enjoyed the view. We biked all over Marathon. The home is recently renovated and everything is clean and modern. We will hopefully be back next year :)

This house was exactly what we were looking for! The house has pocket doors that separate the two guest bedrooms and bathroom from the living area, which makes it perfect for 2 families to share. The house was very clean and decorated very tastefully. The outdoor seating area had nice furniture as well. The pool was the perfect size and the area was very quiet! We contacted Leslie about normal issues that happen in a house (screen door issue and clogged tub.) She responded immediately and sent someone quickly. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

My family of four plus a grandparent had a very nice and comfortable stay at Leslie's place. There was lots of space for us to be together or have quiet time alone. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. We especially loved the outdoor patio and pool. Even on hot days, there was a place to sit comfortably outside. We did not have a boat, but the dock was easily accessible and a nice place to sit and watch birds. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and we didn't hear any road noise at all. Note that you need to pick up arrival instructions at a different address before getting into the house. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would stay here again!

This was our 1st time staying in the Marathon are, and we weren't disappointed! The accommodation that we selected with Leslie was EXACTLY what we were looking for to share with our friends for the week. Everything we could have asked for was available to us, and the layout of the home was well suited for us all to have space / privacy if needed. The location was perfect for our walks to Sunset Point, excellent restaurants within a short distance, and a very reasonable drive to Key West to explore. The check-in process was very simplified, and the home was very easy to find. Leslie made sure that all the boxes were ticked for us to enjoy our week! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This is a beautiful home where the pictures actually were not as good as the reality. I loved the ambience and modern furnishings, appliances etc… Leslie, I never actually spoke with her but it feels like she was with us every step of the way. Leslie is a very professional property manager and made our whole trip easy and fun. A 100% recommendation!!!

Beautiful place on the canal in Key Colony Beach. Very nice space with tons of natural light and well furnished. Open floor plan with high ceilings. Our family of four loved hanging out in the screened upper deck and lounging by the pool. Great peaceful place to relax. Rented kayaks and loved being able to easily slip in and out of the canal from the dock. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and the accommodations were accurately described. Very clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our days scuba diving at nearby reefs and swimming in the pool and watching the boats on the canal in the late afternoons. Would definitely recommend and rent here again.

We absolutely LOVED everything about this house! It is the perfect set up: the heated pool, the dock for a boat, the screened in porch, the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen, etc.! We stayed for a week in January 2024 and ended up re-booking for spring break (March 30- April 6). We just got back from our second week there and were so happy that we got to spend a second week in this home. After our first week there, I mentioned to American Costal that having two additional lounge chairs by the pool would be nice, and when we arrived for our second week, there were 2 brand new loungers there!! We were so impressed. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great house on the Atlantic. My wife and I stayed for 7 days. It is an awesome house with incredible views! We loved every minute we were there and hated to leave. We come to marathon about twice a year and want to increase the number of times we visit. Your home is on the permeate list. Convenient to everything and just amazing. Leslie the host was great. Exactly how it looked in the pictures. Beautiful location and views! I had a blast fishing off the dock, where I caught Barracuda, Snapper, Jack, and one Tarpon. The AC worked great and the house was incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had all the things you need to make dinner at home. This home is centrally located equal distance from Key West and Islamorada! We had an absolute blast traveling up and down the keys for different experiences.
